GIVE THIS FORM TO THE MUSIC AND PERFORMANCE VICE PRESIDENT: CHARLIE ASPLIN

The Music VP with the Director, based on available voices, will decide if we will do the performance:  (Y)  (N)

MUSIC VP INFORM THE CHORUS MANAGER OF DECISION.

If yes, the Chorus Manager will advise the requester of the above decision.  He will go to the performance location and determine the following:

Risers needed?  (Y)  (N)  If needed, do we bring our own?  (Y)  (N)  If  yes, make arrangements.

Will the chorus need to carpool because of the lack of parking?  (Y)  (N)   Provide directions and/or map for drivers.

Is there a room in which to warm up?  If not, where can we warm up.

In conjunction with the Director and Music VP, determine time and place chorus should report, uniform to be worn, and songs to be sung.
