Rogue Valley Chapter of Barbershop Harmony Society    

Text Box: Who, what, when, where, and why.

Who: We are a chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society (Formerly Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America, Inc.) The Society is an international organization with more than 800 chapters world-wide. Barbershop music is sung in 52 countries.

What: We are dedicated to teaching men how to sing four-part harmony in the barbershop style. Men, come sing with the Harmonizers. Guests are always welcome at our meetings. 

When: The Harmonizers meet each Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Where: We meet upstairs in the First Presbyterian Church, 8th and Holly, Medford, Oregon, diagonally across from the US Post Office. Enter from the back church parking lot. If the door is locked, press the button five times to the tune of My Wild Irish Rose. Someone will come down and open the door for you.

Why: Chapter Mission Statement

The Rogue Valley Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, known as the Rogue Valley Harmonizers, adopts the following mission statement. 

We are a growing chorus dedicated to the enjoyment and improvement of our craft by presenting top quality entertaining shows and by steadily improving our contest scores. 

We promote Barbershop singing in the community and schools. 
We contribute to our community through charitable activities and donations.
