Based on prior experience, I was chary about joining with a female Director. On a personal level, June has quelled my misgivings. On a performance level, she is, in my opinion, right on the money concerning what we have to do to win gold. I'm convinced this will happen sooner rather than later. In addition, I think this group of men is terrific!
