| Arriving
in style, Peter makes a point of attracting attention on the highway on
his drive down from Edmonton.
The major force behind the musical jam session, he and others
from the Grove City Chorus brought an array of instruments and led the
gang in a wonderful tour of sing-along music.
For some recent history from "the grove", have
a look through the

The
more traditional ice breaker was held in a tavern - and what a wonderful
venue. In the early hours of the evening, many gathered for a drink
or two and some catching up with old friends from around the Division.
Ravi
was his usual jovial self.- Have a listen to their conversation:
(Ravi) "Randy, is ignorance bliss?"
(Randy, with a smile) "Well, YOU seem to be happy...".
Classic Randy, isn't it?!
Bob
had the pleasure of singing with a couple of enders from two calgary choruses
and a bass from Toronto Northern Lights
The
Judicial Arrangement sang a wonderful and memorable version
of Aura Lee complete with their own TAG - a creation they devised out
on the patio minutes earlier
Don
took a minute our from manning the Registration Desk to sing along with
the rest of the gang as we all sang "Nellie" By the way,
a pretty smooth operation was the plan for the day for registration.
Thanks, guys!
About
Face were up stairs for a bit to run through their entire repertoire.
Both songs were in pretty good shape - and Lyle knows most of the words
already!
In
the jam session, instruments and voices were going strong most of the
night - perhaps later than expected - but that's good, isn't it?
