DucTTapE is a Tri-Cities' barbershop quartet. Barbershop˙
music is an original American folkstyle tracing back to 1900 era balladeers:˙
3 men harmonized around a 4'th singing a catchy melody. Later was added the
urbane melodies of Broadway and jazz, then doo-whop, and gentle rock. The
result is a classic mix that can set your toes tappin', twang a heart string,
and make you want to sing along. All a cappella. Paul LaCombe, Jim Cowin,
Bill Grams, and Denny Meier create this close harmony. They have been entertaining
Tri-Cities crowds for 2 years, and also sing with the Columbia River Chordsmen
chorus.
